Nexveris LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the KeaNest EVV mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

a) Account Information

• Email address and password (provided during sign-in)
• Name, caregiver code, and profile details (managed by your agency administrator)
• Profile picture (uploaded by you)

b) Location Data

We collect your precise GPS location when you clock in and clock out of visits for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) purposes. This data is sent to our servers and stored as part of the visit record to comply with healthcare regulatory requirements.

c) Device Information

• Device token for push notifications (platform type, OS version)
• Device type (Android or iOS)

d) Visit and Service Data

• Visit schedules, clock-in/clock-out times, task completion records
• Duty sheet entries, timesheet data, and service notes
• Electronic signatures captured during visit verification

e) Locally Stored Data

Login credentials (email and password) are stored locally on your device when you enable the "Remember Me" option. This data remains on your device and is not shared with third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authentication: To verify your identity and provide secure access to the App
• Electronic Visit Verification (EVV): To record visit clock-in/clock-out times with GPS location as required by healthcare regulations
• Push Notifications: To send visit reminders, schedule updates, and important alerts
• Profile Management: To display and manage your caregiver profile
• Service Delivery: To manage visit schedules, timesheets, duty sheets, and task records
• Signature Verification: To capture and store electronic signatures for visit documentation

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

• Your employing agency: Your visit records, timesheets, and location data are accessible to your agency administrator through the KeaCloud platform
• Regulatory bodies: As required by EVV compliance and applicable healthcare regulations
• Service providers: Third-party services that help us operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting, push notification services)

We do not sell your personal information or protected health information (PHI) to third parties.

4. Data Security

• All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Authentication tokens are used for secure API communication
• Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required by healthcare record retention laws and regulatory requirements. Visit records and EVV data are retained as mandated by applicable healthcare regulations.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data through the App
• Update your profile information and profile picture
• Delete your account by using the "Delete Account" option in the App. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
• Withdraw consent for optional features like "Remember Me" and push notifications
